The Karma is cold-pressed with kale, spinach, pineapple, and coconut water. It’s light and hydrating. But it also packs in a lot of nutrients. We source our ingredients locally and the final juice is raw and unpasteurized. This also means that we do not use the HPP method.

1/4 lb of spinach per bottle
Fresh spinach stores so many nutrients. Spinach is filled with Vitamin E, an essential antioxidant that delivers a powerhouse of health benefits. It stimulates the immune system, improves eye health, and keeps your brain cells active. Not only is it high in chlorophyll, it contains oxalic acid, which helps to cleanse and heal the intestinal tract. Spinach contains a lot of iron as well. As a result, it is a great source of energy.
1/3 of a pineapple per bottle
Pineapple contains Bromelain, an enzyme that breaks down protein. As a result, pineapple helps with digestion. The fruit is also an anti-inflammatory. It reduces muscle soreness, as well as nasal swelling. Pineapple also contains a large amount of manganese, which is essential for developing strong bones and connective tissue. Pineapple has half of the daily-recommended value of vitamin C, according to the FDA. Vitamin C fights cell damage. This makes it a great helper with problems such as heart disease and joint pain.
6 ounces of coconut water per bottle
A single coconut can provide an 11 ounce serving of water. It is packed with carbohydrates and electrolytes. This makes it perfect for whole body rehydration after exercise. Coconuts also contain high levels of potassium, which supports blood pressure, cardiovascular health, as well as bone and muscle strength. In fact, coconut water has almost twice the amount of potassium as a banana. Coconut water is low in calories and fat, but rich in vitamins and minerals. Coconut provides other electrolytes like Magnesium, Calcium, Sodium, and Phosphorous as well. Electrolytes help with the absorption and balance of the body’s internal fluids.
