Local Delivery

We offer a local delivery service that covers roughly 15 miles around Portland, OR

In order to continue offering this service, our delivery driver must be able to find and reach your home in a timely manner.

As long as there are no technical issues, you will receive 3 text messages on the day of delivery. The 1st message goes out when the driver is leaving the shop, the 2nd message when your delivery is next in line, and the 3rd message once the order has been delivered or the delivery has failed.

If the driver is having trouble locating your home using either Google Maps or Apple Maps, they will try calling you in order to confirm your address. If they are unable to confirm your address within a couple of minutes, they will mark your delivery as failed and move on to the next one. They will not be able to turn around and come back.

If your home is inside a building, or behind a gate and you do not provide clear instructions on how to easily enter, or your instructions are not clear, the driver will mark the order as failed and move on.

If you would like us to reattempt delivery at a later delivery time frame, we will gladly do so for an additional $5 fee. We will not be replacing the perishable products that have already been packed for you, regardless of the expiration dates.

Shipping

In order to offer the maximum of 3 days of shelf life of our unpasteurized products after shipment, we will only ship juice on Mondays and Wednesdays.

The juices are made to order and frozen the day of production (Sundays and Tuesdays). Then they are packaged frozen on Mondays and Wednesdays for shipment. This means your order will be made on the Sunday or Tuesday following the date you have chosen on the calendar

In order to keep the shipping cost reasonable, we ship to zip codes where FedEx Ground service will deliver the shipment by the end of next day. This means your orders will be delivered Tuesdays and Thursdays.
