Introducting our newest seasonal juice for Fall, the Alabu. It’s pumpkin spice, revamped! We use butternut squash, carrots and apples to make it sweet, along with the perfect amount of spice– cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves to give you that warm, cozy feeling. We source our ingredients locally and the final juice is raw and unpasteurized. This also means we do not use the HPP (high pressure pasteurization) method.

This winter gourd is a rich source of potassium, which helps lower blood pressure and prevent heart disease. One serving of butternut squash contains 50% of your daily value of Vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant. Better yet, it has over 100% recommended value of Vitamin A!  Combined, these vitamins are incredibly beneficial for healthy hair, skin, and nails. Fiber from squash helps regulate the digestive system and improve the immune system.


Our organic carrots will provide a natural blast of high energy. Carrot juice in the morning gives you a competitive edge over coffee drinkers. Carrot juice is considered the golden juice of healing, as it cleanses the liver. Because it is easy to digest, carrot juice causes the liver to release bile and extra stored up cholesterol. Carrots are full of calcium that is invaluable to bones and teeth. They are also an excellent source of vitamin C, iron, potassium, phosphorus, and sodium. Additionally, the beta-carotene in carrot skin is a natural protector against melanoma. But that’s not all. Carrots also alkalize the blood, soothing the nervous system and toning intestinal walls. They have a very low glycemic index level, so carrots do not cause blood sugar levels to raise very quickly. This alone creates all sorts of health benefits.


Apples contain soluble and insoluble fiber. Both of these are important as they bind to toxins in the gut, moving food through the digestive system. Cinnamon is among the most popular spices in the world. Its health significance also spans worldwide in traditional and modern medicines. Studies show cinnamon helps control blood sugar levels in the body. It works by slowing the rate at which the stomach empties after meals, reducing the rise in blood sugar after eating. Cinnamon also contains antioxidant compounds. Antioxidants are vital to human life, acting as health-protecting agents.


Cloves are traditionally used in Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic healing. They are known to help strengthen the immune system, reduce inflammation, and aid in digestion. It has a wide range of benefits, such as pain relief, and even skin care. Cloves contain anti-bacterial and germicidal components. Nutritionally, it can provide manganese, Vitamin C, and trace amounts of calcium.

Nutmeg is an evergreen tree native to the Spice Islands of Indonesia, specifically Moluccas and Banda. Due to the Spice Islands’ richness in nutmeg and other spices they were coveted by many countries and eventually conquered by The Dutch East India Company. The British negotiated for one of the spice islands named Rhun but later traded Rhun back to the Dutch for what is now Manhattan, New York. The first harvest of a nutmeg tree happens 7 – 9 years after planting.
