Our juices are cold-pressed and raw, which means we do not use any form of heat, machine, or chemical pasteurization - whether it's called HPP, pressurized preservation, UV treatments or "light therapy". Our juices have a maximum shelf life of 5 days when purchased in advance. When shipping via FedEx you will have 3 days to enjoy the juices.
