How to Cleanse

The Benefits of a Fresh-Pressed Juice Cleanse

Fresh-pressed juice is a powerful way to nourish your body with vital nutrients while flushing out toxins. A cleanse helps reset your system, allowing you to feel more balanced and energized.

After a cleanse, many people notice:

  • Increased energy and vitality
  • A sense of rejuvenation
  • Greater mental clarity and a feeling of lightness

Juicing is also an effective way to:

  • Support weight regulation or calorie restriction
  • Restore energy you may have been missing
  • Reset appetite control and reduce cravings
  • Stabilize blood sugar levels with high-quality nutrition

Before Your Cleanse: Preparation

To help your body prepare for the detox process, start reducing the following foods a few days before your cleanse: dairy, meat, gluten, processed foods, refined sugars, alcohol, caffeine, and nicotine.

Cutting back on these items will support the cleanse and make it easier for your body to adjust. Incorporating some of our cold-pressed juices and snacks into your diet can make this transition smoother.

During Your Cleanse: Tips for Success

While you can enjoy the juices in any order, we recommend starting with a wellness shot to kick off your day, and finishing with a nut milk or broth to wind down.

Take It Easy
A cleanse is not the time to push yourself with intense exercise. Opt for lighter activities like yoga, walking, or tai chi to keep your body moving gently.

Hydrate
Drinking water between each juice (about 8oz) will help keep you hydrated and assist with detox. It also helps you feel fuller throughout the day.

Listen to Your Body
If you feel like you need rest, take it. If you feel the urge to eat solid food, it’s okay—just choose clean, whole foods if possible.

Stick to a Schedule
Try to drink all your juices within a 10-hour window, about every 2 hours. This gives your body more time to detox and less time spent digesting.

After Your Cleanse: Reintroducing Foods

The days following your cleanse are just as important. Your body has reset, and it’s important to continue nourishing it with clean, whole foods.

Ease back into solid foods slowly. We recommend taking the same number of days to reintroduce heavier meals as you spent cleansing. For example, if you did a 3-day cleanse, take 3 days to gradually return to a normal diet.

You may notice fewer cravings for sugary or processed foods. Cleanses aren’t about restriction—they help you tune in to your body and understand what it truly needs to thrive.
