New COVID-19 Guidelines

As new COVID-19 restrictions arise, we have to alter and update our systems to ensure that our customers and our staff remain healthy and safe during these unprecedented times. Our main goal at Portland Juice Co. is always to provide high quality nutrients that you can count on. While we want the experience to remain the same, our priority is safety, and we hope these changes will help.

In-store Changes

To provide the safest experience for those coming into our store we are making some changes in our store. We ask that you browse our website beforehand and have your order ready to go once you get here. There will be a hand sanitizing station that you will need to use before handling any of our products. If you do not want to sanitize, we would be happy to grab the juices for you, just ask the employee working there. Please do not touch any of the juices without hand sanitizing.

We are still limiting only 1 customer or 1 family of no more than three people in at a time. Because COVID-19 is an ever-evolving situation, please be prepared for these systems to change in the future.

Use delivery when you can!

We will continue to offer free delivery on orders of $25, and we highly suggest using this option to limit public exposure as much as possible. Our delivery drivers remain masked and gloved while handling all deliveries. Upon delivery, the box will be disinfected with a water and bleach mixture that follows health code. If you would like to opt out of the sanitizing, please let us know once you’ve ordered and we can make a note in your delivery. Our deliveries are contact free and we do not knock unless specifically asked. There is a customer note option in the checkout page to leave any instructions that might help out the driver or help you have a more satisfying delivery.
